Ready to explore the intersection of cultural heritage and global business in the heart of the Pacific? Join the NTU x BYU–Hawaii Summer Traineeship and immerse yourself in a unique learning adventure on the North Shore of Oahu!
During this 8-day program, you will step beyond the classroom and into the vibrant community of Laie. In collaboration with Brigham Young University–Hawaii (BYUH), you will engage with local students, tour sacred cultural landmarks, and visit business partners to see firsthand how the “Spirit of Aloha" drives sustainable industry and tourism.
This isn't your average island getaway—it's an immersive dive into the professional and cultural landscape of Hawaii. From the renowned Polynesian Cultural Center to the urban energy of UH Mānoa in Honolulu, you’ll gain a deep understanding of how tradition fuels innovation, transitioning from a student to a global-minded practitioner.
Through this traineeship, you will explore the synergy between education and industry, preparing yourself to be a bridge-builder in an increasingly interconnected world!
